Gifts & Grants

A grant from an owner of a property (partial / total) to a person or persons (immediate relative, parents, spouses, and children) without compensation.

OnTime Property Registration helps individuals who are receiving or giving property as a grant or gift to complete all the related registrations and transactions in an easy and cost effective way.

Grant & Gift Registration

Required Documents

  • Original title deed.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from developer.
  • Evaluation certificate issued from Land Department.
  • Birth certificate (for gifting to children).
  • Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband).
  • Letter from Dubai court (still in relationship husband/wife).
  • Original passport, Visa, EID.
  • Land Department Fees:
    0.125% from the evaluation (It should be not less than 2,000 AED) + (560 AED If Apt. Villa) or (410 AED If Land).
  • Registration Trustee Fees:
    4,000 AED if the price of the property is equal or more than 2 Million AED.
    2,000 AED if the price of the property is less than 2 Million AED.D.

Grant & Gift Pre-registration

Required Documents

Note: This transaction cannot be done unless you get the approval from Dubai Land Department.

  • Oqoodi Initial contract.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from developer.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from Dubai Land Department
  • Birth certificate (for gifting to children).
  • Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband).
  • Letter from Dubai court (still in relationship husband/wife).
  • Original passport, Visa, EID.
  • LandDepartment Fees:
    0.125% from the evaluation (It should be not less than 2,000 AED) + 40 AED
  • RegistrationTrustee Fees:
    5,000 AED if the price of the property equal or more than 2,000.000 AED
    3,500 AED if the price of the property less than 2,000.000 AED. .

Grant & Gift LLC Company

Required Documents

  • Original title deed.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from developer.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from Land Department.
  • Evaluation certificate issued from Land Department.
  • Birth certificate (for gifting to children)..
  • Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband).
  • Letter from the court (still in relationship husband/wife)..
  • Copy of Trade license with valid full set of the parties
  • Board of Resolution/Power of attorney (Documents Required).
  • Company Stamp.
  • Original passport, Visa, Emirates ID.
  • LandDepartment Fees:
    0.125% from the evaluation value (it should be not less than 2,000 AED) + 560 AED (If Apartment, Villa) or +410 AED (If Land) (Manager chq).
  • RegistrationTrustee Fees:
    4,000 AED if the price of the property is equal or more than 2 Million AED.
    2,000 AED if the price of the property is less than 2 Million AED .

Grant & Gift Free Zone (Dubai) Company

Required Documents

  • Original Original title Deed.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from Developer.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from a Free Zone..
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from Dubai Land Department.
  • Evaluation Certificate from Dubai Land Department.
  • Birth certificate (for gifting to children) (Attestation + Arabic legal translation).
  • Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband) (Attestation + Arabic legal translation).
  • Letter from Dubai court (still in relationship husband/wife).
  • Certificate of Good Standing.
  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Certificate of Incumbency..
  • Memorandum of Association. (Arabic legal translation).
  • Shareholder Resolution. (Arabic legal translation).
  • Company Stamp.
  • Original passport, Visa, EID.
  • LandDepartment Fees:
    0.125% from the evaluation (It should be not less than 2,000 AED) + (560 AED If Apt. Villa) or (410 AED If Land):

    Free Zone (In Dubai): Incumbency Valid is, If:

  • Company is a seller; (10 working days) from the date of certificate issued.
  • Company is a buyer; (two months) from the date of certificate issued.
